Our company has also issued an emergency notice, in which the detailed requirements are as follows:
1. Holiday extension:
The company cooperates with the domestic government to extend the holiday, extending the Spring Festival holiday to February 9 (Sunday, the 16th of the first month of the lunar calendar); the company will officially go to work on February 10 (Monday). With the permission of the department head, you can also apply for an extension of leave until Monday, February 17. For other personnel who need to return to work in advance due to work, prevention and control work shall be done strictly in accordance with the company's requirements. For all colleagues of Hubei nationality who have returned to the factory and who have been to Hubei during the holiday or who have contacted with the personnel in the epidemic area, please cooperate with the government's epidemic prevention measures to carry out independent health management for 14 days, and do not return to work until receiving the notice from the government and our company.
2. Temperature measurement:
All factories at home and abroad take temperature measurement for all employees when they come to work. If there is abnormal temperature, it is necessary to cooperate with epidemic prevention measures to the hospital for reexamination. And we also record daily attendance status, real-time monitoring the their whereabouts!

3. disinfection:
In order to ensure the prevention and control of epidemic situation and the safety of enterprise production, our company has carried out comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of workshops, dormitories and canteens for many times. For example, Dongguan company disinfects workshop 3 times a day, dormitories 4 times and dining room 5 times. We arrange corresponding disinfection before returning to work, and reserve part of the staff dormitory for emergency isolation area.

4. Online communication: encourage online communication through wechat, telephone and email, and reduce aggregation!
5. Protection control:
To control the protective equipment and avoid misuse of disinfectant, mask and other protective equipment; all personnel must wear masks correctly in the whole process, and the company will provide masks for employees free of charge according to the actual situation. The used masks shall be destroyed in a centralized way.
In order to prevent and control the serious situation of coronary pneumonia, our company has taken multiple measures, strictly controlled each prevention and control level, posted notices and propagandizes on the factory bulletin board, punch-in place and other conspicuous positions, timely forwarded the latest situation and precautions of the epidemic situation in wechat group, and carried out all-round propagandizing. All the plant members around the world are highly vigilant about all kinds of channels that may spread the Coronavirus, and related information is being fully covered and spread, so that every cadres and employees at home and abroad understand the epidemic situation and control it all the time!
